We know you are trusting us with something precious. This page explains how Quran Specialist Online looks after your child during live online Quran classes in the UK and USA, and what to do if anything ever worries you.

Parents may sit in on every lesson, including after the free trial. That is our default expectation for young learners, not a one-off courtesy during week one. If you continue on a monthly plan, you may still sit in on every lesson.

We run true 1-to-1 live lessons on Zoom or Microsoft Teams (typically about 30 minutes), with parent-controlled booking, a clear contact route, and a 7-Day Free Quran Trial with no payment and no credit card. Qualified & Experienced Female Quran Teachers are available on request.

What safeguarding means here (process you can see)

Parent sit-in on every lesson

Including after the free trial. You do not need a special “parent visit” booking. Stay nearby as a calm presence; let the teacher lead correction unless your child is distressed or the technology fails.

True 1-to-1

Your child is in a scheduled private lesson with a known tutor, not a random open group room.

Parent-controlled booking

You arrange times and the trial. The child is not managing a private adult relationship alone.

Short, known slots

Lessons are typically about 30 minutes on a fixed weekly rhythm you agree.

Recording only with your permission

Lessons are recorded only with a parent’s permission. If you’d prefer no recording, there will be none.

Regular manager checks

Our managers carry out regular checks on lessons and teachers to make sure classes are respectful, well-prepared and focused on learning.

Clear contact route

If something feels wrong, contact the academy and ask for a different tutor or to stop (details below).

  • Keep all communication about lessons with the parent or our administrators.

Honest stance

Whatever a provider’s jurisdiction, do not accept a logo or a vague claim at face value. Instead, judge our visible process and a real lesson with you present.

Questions every parent should ask any online Quran provider

  • Can I sit in on every lesson, not only the trial?

How parent sit-in works in practice

  • During the 7-day free trial โ€” sit in from the first session to see teaching style, comfort and pacing.
  • After you continue on a monthly plan โ€” you may still sit in on every lesson.
  • How to sit without taking over โ€” be visible and calm; let the tutor lead Tajweed correction; step in only if your child is upset or the connection fails.
  • Younger children (around age 4+) โ€” a parent nearby is often the difference between a successful habit or a frustrated quit.

Your part as a parent

  • Keep the lesson in a shared space at home where possible, such as the living room rather than a closed bedroom.
  • Check in with your child after lessons. Children often tell us more through you.
  • Tell us straight away if anything feels wrong, even if it seems small.

Female teachers on request

Many families want a female tutor for modesty, comfort and open correction. Female teachers are available: request one on the free-trial form or when we contact you. The trial week is the place to confirm the fit before you continue.

Report a concern (concerns, tutor change, or stop)

If something worries you about a lesson, a teacher or your child’s safety, or you want a different tutor or to stop:

We take every concern seriously. We’ll listen, keep you informed, and act to protect your child.

Please do not share personal contact details, social accounts or payment details directly with tutors. Scheduling and payments go through the academy team. If a tutor asks for private contact outside the academy channel, tell us immediately.

If a child is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first: 999 in the UK, 911 in the USA.
