Refund Policy

  1. Free trial: Your first 7 days are free, with no card needed. If you don’t continue, you owe nothing.
  2. Cancelling before the month starts: If you cancel by email to help@quranspecialistonline.com before your billing month begins, we’ll refund that month’s fee in full.
  3. After the month starts: Once classes begin in a billing month, that month’s fee can’t be refunded.
  4. Pausing classes: To take a month or more off, email help@quranspecialistonline.com before the month begins and you won’t be charged for that month.

There is no refund for public holidays and for absentees without any prior notice.
